Step Forward. Stand Tall. Lead With Purpose.
It’s time to take the next step.
After a powerful return in 2024, the Women in Leadership Summit New Zealand is back - and bolder than ever. In 2025, we go deeper. Into the kind of leadership that’s not just about titles or KPIs, but about courage, authenticity, and leaving a legacy that matters.
Women in Aotearoa have always led differently, with resilience, innovation and heart. But there are still hurdles. While New Zealand ranks among the global leaders for gender equity, women remain underrepresented at the very top. The glass ceiling might be cracked, but the view through it isn’t yet clear.

This summit is your chance to break through.
Connect with a cross-industry line-up of extraordinary leaders, from corporate boardrooms to community changemakers who will challenge, empower and inspire you to rise. You’ll hear stories of personal strength, hard-won success, and the lessons learned from forging your own path, not following someone else’s.
With a strong acknowledgement of Māori leadership and cultural identity woven throughout, this is a uniquely New Zealand experience, and part of a celebrated series of summits held across Australia.
Whether you’re stepping into leadership or ready to carve out your legacy, this is your space. Your people. Your moment.
Be bold. Be seen. Be the leader you were meant to be.
