Interactive Course Over Zoom
About This Course
Show up as the kind of leader who knows her own strengths and isn’t afraid to use them. Over two days, you’ll get a powerful mix of mindset tools, communication skills and practical leadership strategies that elevate the way you show up, speak up and take action, all grounded in the real, everyday challenges women face at work. We’ll peel back the mindset stuff that slows you down, the habits that keep you second-guessing, and the communication patterns that make your ideas land softer than they should.
You’ll learn how to back your ideas and increase impact, trust your leadership instincts and make grounded decisions without getting stuck in perfection or tangled in complexity. Over the two days, you’ll build practical skills in resilience, decision making, influence, selfmanagement and communication — the exact outcomes you need to lead with more confidence, clarity and impact. Expect a supportive, refreshing and fun two days where you get to stretch, rise and remember exactly what you’re capable of.
Full Day Agenda
Leadership for Women Masterclass New Zealand Agenda
8:30AM: REGISTRATION | 9:00AM: INTRODUCTIONS AND START OF COURSE
DAY 1
1. FOUNDATIONS OF YOUR LEADERSHIP
We kick off by giving you the space to land and get real about how you currently lead. You’ll look at the attributes that help you, the blind spots that trip you up, and the moments where your confidence takes a hit. This is all about noticing what’s going on behind the scenes so you can make choices that actually support you, rather than stall you.
2. DEVELOPING YOUR LEADERSHIP VOICE
In this session, you’ll explore how you think, interpret situations and respond under pressure. You’ll uncover your natural preferences, learn how they influence your decisions and discover ways to broaden your perspective. This is your chance to work smarter with your strengths while understanding how to collaborate with people who operate differently.
3. CULTIVATING ACCOUNTABILITY
You’ll identify the fear-based behaviours or thought patterns that hold you back. You’ll learn simple, practical strategies for taking imperfect action, cutting through overthinking and owning your personal style and voice.
DAY 2
1. NAVIGATING TEAM DYNAMICS
In this session, you’ll explore how relationships evolve, how group dynamics shift and how to contribute to the development of other women in your organisation. Discover a focused method of leadership, while influencing others in a way that feels natural to you.
2. FINDING FOCUS AND EMOTIONAL AGILITY
Explore how your mind, attention and emotions work under pressure, and what actually helps you stay steady when the pace picks up. You’ll learn simple, practical ways to think clearly, reset fast and stay composed in moments that could easily throw you off.
3. YOUR NEXT STEPS
We wrap by helping you design the practical habits and small commitments that will continue to support you. You’ll define the boundaries that matter, the behaviours that keep you steady and the ways to look after yourself while still showing up for yourself, and your team, even on days you’re not feeling bulletproof.
Your Amazing Facilitator
Natalie Tolhopf Unstoppable Business, Unstoppable Mindset, Unstoppable Sales, Unstoppable Mentor
Natalie Tolhopf built her career on a simple truth. Sales is just a conversation. It is not about pressure or tactics. It is about connection, service and understanding what people really need. After watching her own early business stall despite hard work and heart, she realised that even the best product will not sell itself. This wake up call shaped her philosophy. Success grows from consistent action, genuine conversations and the courage to back yourself. Her years in hospitality also shaped her intuition and her belief that the best outcomes start with trust and human connection. Today Natalie is known for helping women move past the mindset traps that hold them back.
She works deeply with the patterns that keep women second guessing themselves. She helps leaders let go of perfection and the imposter stories that shrink their impact. Her coaching focuses on clarity, confidence and practical sales skills that feel natural and ethical.
