The Leadership Diagnostic is a half-day online workshop from The Leadership Institute, delivered by Simple Nimble founders Amy Kelley and Kiri Fitzpatrick. Every delegate completes a confidential Leadership Diagnostic before the day, then learns to read it, build a plan that sticks and delegate the priorities. It runs live on Zoom in March 2027.

On the day you’ll learn to read your results, turn them into a plan that sticks, and hand the right priorities to the right people through better delegation.
You’ll leave with a personal action plan built from your own data, and follow-up prompts over the next few weeks to keep you on track.

Delivered live on Zoom from 11:30am to 3:30pm Sydney time (AEDT), which is 10:30am–2:30pm in Brisbane, 11:00am–3:00pm in Adelaide and 8:30am–12:30pm in Perth. You take part in small-group discussions and practice on camera.

You can send a substitute at no cost, or transfer to another Leadership Institute event. Cancellations emailed to us receive a credit note valid for 12 months; within 14 days of the event the credit note is less a service fee. We do not provide cash refunds.
