Back for its fourth year, the Women in Leadership Summit 2019 is guaranteed to be our best one yet!

This year’s theme is Take Action. Because while the world catches up, we need to lead the way by creating our own opportunities and helping other women do so as well.

Let’s face it. A lot of companies say they are more committed to gender equality than ever before. But this commitment doesn’t always translate into action. We still have a severe lack of women in senior roles, especially the C-Suite. We still have a huge gender pay gap, and we still see discrimination in the workplace. But how do individual women cut through these infuriating statistics and break into the C-suite? How can the few women in leadership create opportunities for the next generation? And how can organisations become real agents of change?

WILS 2019 is an educationally-focused event that helps you along your leadership path. Featuring inspiring keynotes, career-focused case studies, cutting panel discussions and interactive workshops, your leadership journey starts and continues with us. We’ll inspire you to become an authentic leader, equip you with the skills and strategies to add maximum value to your organisation and show you how to cultivate meaningful change for future generations.

WILS2019. Let’s do this

Introducing our Charity Partner – Ovarian Cancer Australia

We are excited to announce our partnership with Ovarian Cancer Australia as our 2019 Charity Partner! Ovarian Cancer Australia was founded by people directly affected by ovarian cancer who wanted to raise awareness of the disease and support those who had been affected. Their vision is to save lives and ensure no woman with ovarian cancer walks alone.

Representatives from Ovarian Cancer Australia will be in attendance at the Women in Leadership Summit, and donations can be made on the day or by ticking the ‘Charity Donation’ box during the registration process.
